Description
Raphaël Mettler and his team have been brewing beer with a passion since 2003, and their enthusiasm is eminently contagious: the Trois Dames beers from Ste-Croix challenge the taste buds and flatter the eye, and that is exactly what makes them original. We believe in making a top-notch product, the reason why we carefully select fresh ingredients.

If you love the bitterness, it is your beer like a love story, a good dosis of hop, bitter, really dry like the sahara, good and interesting, 23.03.2017, buying it at the grain d'Orge, Crissier, out of business, drinking it at Prélaz, Lausanne, a pity that the owner stops the business.

Sample at Solothurner Biertage, may 2019. Unclear pale golden body with a white head. Mild aroma of pale malt, wheat, basil, herbs and pepper. Flavor is quite smooth, mild and herbal with basil and pepper dominating. Quite a balanced and pleasant combination.

Bottle @ Andorra Bar, Zurich. Unclear deep orange body with a small off-white head. Aroma has malt, some caramel, peach and ripe fruit. Flavor is quite sweet with malt, dry fruit, caramel and balancing sharp bitterness. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. Pretty solid and well balanced, close to an American Barley Wine.

Bottle @ Eldorado, Zurich. Unclear golden body with a medium sized white head. Aroma has some pale malt, fruit and berries – actually raspberries seems to be quite dominating when first thinking at them. Flavor is light, pale malt, refreshing fruit and slightly acidic berries. Medium to light bodied and refreshing fruity aftertaste. Easy drinkable, slightly original – quite enjoyable and quaffable.
