Description

Depuis 2011, je brasse mes propres bières: Big Mama Stout, Big Nose Triple, Holy IPA et Seed of the New Grace.

Bottle from Beergium, bought in September 2017. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Quite mild with hops, citrus, malt and some grass. The body was medium as was the bitterness. An ok one.

0,33l bottle from Beergium. Bottle says "cacao", not "cocoa". Dark brown beer with huge and long lasting light brown head. Aroma has sweet roasted malts, caramel and milk chocolate. Taste has roasted malts, caramel, coffee, cocoa and milk chocolate. Medium body, bitter ending. Palate is not very long lasting. Very basic and average Belgium beer.

Botella 75 cl en Delirium Cafe. Bruselas. 14..09..2017. (r73).

Bottled 330ml. -from Beergium. Brown coloured, medium sized brownish head, mild caramel in the nose. Sweetish roasted malt, some caramel, notes of milk chocolate and caramel with discreet alcohol presence. Bitterish finish, pretty high carbonation. Quite a disappointment.

Bottled says now "Cacao nibs". Toasted, vegetably aroma. Some chocolate. Medium-bodied. Front has chocolate malts, caramel, rye bread and then sticky vegetable notes. Yeasty. Meh.

Hazy orange color, small white head. Aroma has mango, light spiceyness and strawberries. Medium-bodied. Sweet mango, white pepper, some hops in the finish. Yeast flavors. From De Ranke this is dissapointment. Way too sweet.
