Description
Depuis 2011, je brasse mes propres bières: Big Mama Stout, Big Nose Triple, Holy IPA et Seed of the New Grace.
Je soutiens également des projets de personnes ayant suivis mes cours de brassage.

At a tasting, thanks fonefun, small stable long lasting head, cloudy deepish orange color, aroma of yeast and roots with light fruits and bread behind and a waxy hint, candy bready flavor with some yeast and fruit creeping in, quite sweet but mellow. Very nice.

750ml bottle. Jet black colour with huge, firm, foamy, half-way lasting, sulphureous-beige head. Chocolately dark malty and earthy fruity, yeasty, minimally dusty aroma, notes of bramble and blueberry, corresponding shrubs, hints of cocoa. Taste is slightly sweet dark malty and yeasty fruity, notes of bramble and blueberry, black cherry, dark chocolate, dry cocoa powder, a touch of cola; prickling carbonation. Relatively light, nice earthy fruitiness.

Bottle picked up from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Nr Gent, Belgie, November 2016 consumed at home Sunday 4th December 2016 whilst eating a Moussaka. Hazy warm gold perhaps even orangey in appearance with a slim white head. A little sweet orange in the mouth, bitterness is quite gentle, it’s there but it ain’t intrusive. A little spicy edge, good citrussy (orange again) fruity tang. Nice. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Bottle at home in London - sourced from Beergium. Pours clear gold with a big, frothy white head. Pretty nice dank and citrusy hops in the nose, with whips of pale bread, melon, peach. Medium sweet flavour with juicy orange, more melon, a little papaya, light piney bitterness. Medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Finishes with further peach, melon, tangerine, low bitterness, dry pale bread. A rather enjoyable IPA.

75 cl. Deep brown with off white creamy heady, lots of lacings. Served room temperature. Aroma is coffee, cocoa, slight alcohol, raisins, nuts, slight sherry like note. Taste is caramelly sweet upfront, raisins, roasted notes, big on malt, later peppery bitterness and alcohol, yeasty notes, dry coffee in the finish. Big body, medium carbo. Not the ordinary overly sweet stout, more "grown up" nuances if you like.
