Bottle: Poured a brown with orange edges, head is a creamy foam of off white or light beige. Aroma is light hops but more sweet caramel malts. Taste is a veggie full malty with light hops. Not sure this should be in an IPA style, its good just not hops forward or overly present.

Bottle: Poured a reddish to mahogany color with a think off white colored head. Aroma is sweet caramel malt. Taste is a bit chewy with loads of malts, some metallic hops, fine chocolate, and dark fruit. Dry finish.

Bottle: Poured an amber orange clear with a thin white fluffy head. Aroma is spice and cardboard. Taste is clean with corn and grain, not a load of spice like I would have imagined.

Bottle: Poured a dark brown with red hints to the edges, the head is about a finger to finger and a half beige. Aroma is malty with a hint of nuts. Taste is roasted malts, light nutty chocolate, and strange metallic hops. I’m torn between liking this and not.

Bottle: Poured a dark black brown with a thick creamy light brown head. Aroma is full on sweet chocolate and roasted malt. Taste is sweet dark chocolate, roasted malts, light hops that work well to balance the sweetness. Very nice to enjoy on International Stout Day 2012.

Bottle: Poured a deep mahogany brown with reddish tint, head was creamy tan. Aroma is bread and sweet malt. Taste is creamy with strong malt character, finish dry. The alcohol is well hidden in this gem.

Bottle, thanks SHIG! Pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma is roast, cocoa and light smoke. Flavor is light and semi-tart like a traditional porter. Big roast, cocoa nibs, tart cherry in the finish. Nice and highly drinkable.

Bottle: Poured a brown with a tan color thin head. Aroma is sweet caramel malt. Taste is a sweet nutmeg, caramelized malt, and overall sweet spice. Overall this is very simple brown ale, but also very drinkable which I have missed recently.

Bottle ports dark brown with medium creamy head. Aroma is carmel malt and brown sugar, flavor the same. Nothing bold, but nothing offensive either. Perty good.
