Very slightly hazy gold with a small bubbly white head. Just a little funky with some acidity, medium dry apples pulling through into the finish

(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 30 May 2025) Pale golden colour with no head. Fruity nose with notes of green apples, apple skin, citrus and grass. Fruity, tart taste with green apples, citrus, grass, a touch of yeast, tannins and a generous acidity in the finish. A light tannic bitterness as well. Medium body, dry. Fresh, dry and tart, Nice one.

Palate - medium bodied, dry and slightly oxidised sherry thing. Very dry finish
