Bottiglia. Territorio olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il piano sottostante si presenta nuvoloso. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si riportano indizi di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, arancia rossa, lampone, ciliegia e pesca.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is tart and sweetish raspberry, wheaty malt, herbal notes with a touch of basil, tart red fruits. Flavour is tart and moderate to medium sour. Body is light. Nice and very drinkable, tart and slightly sweet, good raspberry and basil combo. Good!

Old rating from 2018 - 330ml bottle, pours black with a dense off white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of coffee, chocolate, wood, grapes, herbs, bread, liquorice & malt. Medium body. Long slightly dry alcohol finish

Bottle at Persee, Deventer. Aroma is nice and rich sweet malts with caramel, toffee, lightly some cocoa. About medium sweet, light bitter. Body is medium. Pretty rich malts, good stuff.

From tap at Dock Bar, Münster. Rum barrel pretty potent with raisins, rum, oak, dark malt, caramel, some peat even. Alcohol, warming. Picking up some coffee and chocolate. Heavy, boozy, low carbonation. Good rum vibes.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Very dark brown coloured brew with an very faint but definitely some sour taste. Hints of roasted malts, coffee and choclate. Good Milk Stout and i don’t get the label.

Tap at Boreft’13: Dark cloudy orange coloured brew with gentle hopbitter taste due the Sauvin-hops and some hints of caramel.

Tap at Boreft’13: Black coloured brew with an citrus and lemon like bitternesh and hints of roasted malts and coffee. Quite interesting combination of tastes.
