Aroma of roasted malt, lots of coffee, dark chocolate, hint of peat, hint of pepper. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Quite tasty coffee Stout.

Aroma of citrus, lemon, yeast, floral notes, fresh hops. Flavour is light sweet with a medium bitter finish. Lively carbonation. Quite a hoppy Saison, but lacking in the funk department. Enjoyable.

Herbal aroma of gruit, anise, nutmeg, you name it. Also malty notes and sweet ripe fruits. Flavour is sweet and a little boozy. I suppose this is well-brewed, but sweet mega-herbal beers are not really my thing.

Aroma of slightly roasted malts, hint of chocolate and coffee, fruity notes, hops. Flavour is light sweet with a nice medium bitter finish. Not a mild ale at all, but quite tasty.

Aroma of sweet malt, cocoa, milk chocolate, hint of coffee. Flavour is moderate sweet. with a light bitter roasty finish. Way overcarbonated, to the point of annoyance. Not impressed.

Al naso l'aroma rimanda al fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano sentori di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e arancia.

Il manto birroso superiore color marrone scuro è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona e persistente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, pane tostato, agrumi e frutta disidratata.

Lattina. Al naso arrivano impressioni di luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida appare velata. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, frutta tropicale, arancia, vaniglia, albicocca e tabacco.

La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media.Il liquido è di apparenza limpida. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico e pungente. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si riportano indizi di miele, amaretto, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, mango, frutto della passione e frutta tropicale.
