Draught at a pub in Edinburgh on Victoria Street. Seemed a bit infected - so maybe it was old or bad lines. The worst of three beers from this pub.

25cl draft @ Dynamo.
Une des grandes classiques de Marble - étonnant que je ne l'ai pas encore goutée. Après un récent voyage à Londres - dommage que cela ne soit pas dispo en cask.
De couleur léger pâle oscillant sur le doré trouble, col crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un bouquet plus axé malts - fine note de caramel, voire pointe de toasté repris en support par une franche amertume houblonnée - cela part sur un léger terreux / fruité.
Palais reste une belle petite base maltée - léger sur le caramel repris de suite par un subtile caractère houblonné anglais - noble, finement terreux et floral.

(Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London, 15 July 2026) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit and floral aromas. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, lemon peel, white bread and a generous citric/floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Hoppy and refreshing. Nice one.

Cask at CPK, Pimlico on 25th July 2026. Deep sepia with tan foam and spot lacing. Pungent aroma, roasty aroma with hint of apple. Roasty in-mouth with sour notes. A roasty finish, again with sour notes and the hint of fresh apple. Full body with smooth mouthfeel.

The beer poured clear and golden in color, dense white head.
Nice citrus hoppy aromas, floral and flowery even. Grapefruity bitter flavors, turning into a decent bitter finish. Surprisingly hoppy. Very tasty.

50cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark, black, with no foam. Aroma is clearly of coffee. Body is a little thin, with little carbonation. Taste is roasty bitter, but with some sweetness given by lactose. Final is average.

Gravity poured half-pint at a beer festival at the Pheasant Inn on 17th July 2026. Clear light golden pour no head worthy of the name. Semi-sweet fruity nose and taste not unpleasant but a little understated.
