Description

33cl bottle from a health shop in Ostend: BB 8th August 2026. Poured into a La Chouffe stemmed tulip glass at home on 5th December 2025. Mini tasting session with myself while Margie is in Chester Christmas shopping, Bertie is watching me. Third beer of the tasting. Hazy dull orange body, beige crust on top. Yeasty nose with a fruity leaning, grapefruit and lemons mostly in the aroma and initial taste. This is hop bitter, the Pacific Gem doing the most damage in this instance. Interesting beer, dry finish, the bitterness starts very early and carries on throughout the beer.

33cl bottle from a Bio/Health shop in Ostend. BB 6th Feb 2026, poured into an old Corsendonk Grand Cru stemmed tulip glass at home on 12th Oct 2025. Light haze to the pale golden body, white head that faded swiftly. Orchard fruit aroma, wheaty and yeasty flavour. Don't really notice it's only 3.8% ABV.

Thnx to Tim
Pours clear blonde, very small white head. Scent is very mild PF , taste is sharp, bit bitter. Mild acidity over a sweet NA base . Does a fairly well job standing out. Mild on the fruits, and not particularly juicy though. Fairly thin even body. Medium to medium high carbo.
