Bottle via the online shop. Soft haze on a deep orange. Swede is unreal. Thick dense lasting forever white foam. Easy 10. Nose has big Mills bugs. White burgundy barrels lift heavy. Taste is juicy sweet and floral herbal bitter. Drinks mighty fine. Beautiful mouthfeel is silky and juicy. Nicely bitter finish. Typically class.

Bottle via the online shop. Misted pale copper colour. Very decent swede is lasting and nicely dense. Nose has Mills bugs. Damp wood. Some stone fruit. Some ripe citrus. Taste is a little dry and a little tart. Faint acidity (enough for the missus to bail out). Some sweetness poking through. Juicy and foamy on the palate. Juicy lightly tart finish. If I didn’t know there was a coffee addition I might not have picked up on it, and that’s fine by me, but there is an extra layer here that elevates a classic easy drinking Mills. Also it’s an easy 10 for appearance.

Bottle via the online shop. Misted pale gold. Swede is remarkable. Slim and super dense semi lacing and bright white. The barrel character here is top tier. Bright mineraly Burgundy wine. Smelly ripe apples. The two go together well. Taste is juicy ripe and light bitter. Very clean and sinkable. Big juicy semi tangy fruity dry finish. I’m rambling. Top tier gear.

Fabulous. The cider and whiskey barrels are divinely balanced. Lots of deep wood and earth. Brewed in 2020.

750ml bottle pours a clear gold, white head. Nose is blue cheese and apple core, corn mushroom (wtf is that called). Flavor has corn and apple and huge blue cheese, smoke, cheddar, umami. Full... but it could be drier. Good but just off great. 7 9 8 7 8
