Another Mills I missed. Rating off UT. This from the 3rd check in. Twanged up to the nines. Losing that Duvel like sweetness. Constantly evolving no doubt. Every one has been like a different bev. Beauty.

CBJ bottle share, thanks to Fergus for the bottle. Near clear burnished gold beer, tiny pale cream colour head. Light palate, fairly dry. Thin malts provide some sweet. Good gueuzey vibe, not too tart. Light dry finish. A tidy and reasonably drinkable gueuzey sour.

Bottle. HOTM. Hazed pale gold. Sturdy thick white foam. Oaky gueuze saline character. Lots of lemon. Taste is dry light tart and pretty saline. Mills didn’t hold back here. Clean crisp and bright. Lots of body at the ABV. Clean dry finish. Glass is a top tier Mills.

Bottle online from the sourse. Pours muddy dark brown with a ruby tinge, huge beige/tan foam. Aroma: malty, sour dark fruits, vinous, oaky. Taste: sweet up front, then light/moderate tart, more vinous & oaky notes. DEcent Flandersy type vibes. Lightly dry on the palate. Medium body with the usual Mills foamy carbonation.

Sample courtesy of Cheeseboard, cheers Simon! Hazed orange golden colour, white foam head and aroma of citric rind, formic, woody, funky. Taste is sour, zingy, citric rind, fruity, wood, apple, with some funk and bitterness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, tart zesty soured finish. Nicely drinkable.
