Une version pimentée plus hivernale de la Pepper Trip mais avec un trio de poivres qui change.
Couleur dorée/pâle, col fin crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme est plaisant malté, caramel, pâle, épicé -banane esters, agrumes discrets en rétro-nasal avec un effet de poivre concassé délicat tirant vers le boisé/terreux finement fumé/séché, épicé.
Palais sur une base assez classique franco-belge, petite note de cara pâle, pils, pointe de grillé voire de biscuit. L'apport des poivres se ressent avec une belle note de chaleur poivrée - cela reste aussi avec un côté agrumes, pomme caramel et un côté ester de banane.

Draught @ Thiriez. Pours a slightly misty blonde, large white head. Aroma of herbal, slightly spicy hop notes, pale malt. Medium bodied, largely pale malt with very subtle lemon zest presence. Ok straightforward blonde.

Brune foncée voire cuivre, col épais crémeux café au lait léger.
Arôme sur un boquet alliant un savant caractère malté sur le torréfié avec presque une oncutosité d'espresso et un retrait houblonné allant vers les fruits rouges, voire une infusion de cassis.
Palais est sur une bellke base maltée - ici clairement une black IPA de style nordiste - caramel, toasté, petite note de crystal et torréfié avec une franche amertume sur un houblonné Français voire d'inspiration anglaise? - petite touche fraisier, myrtille voire de cassis. Sec sur la fin avec une note de cendre.

75cl bottle @ Belgian Beer Geeks Winter Gathering. Pours a clear dark brown with voluminous tan head. Deep grainy brown malt aroma. Lovely malty brown bread character, some rye with a wholesome grainy sweetness.. Great to try the non BA version. really nice.

Bottle shared at Brewver Belgian Winter Gathering. Clear pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, yeast, quite bitter as well, distant fruity note, the bitter flavor from the white of the orange. A bit orval-ish in the flavor. Not bad at all! 8-7-8-8-7,5

Bottle at Belgian Beer Geeks Gathering. Hazy yellow golden with big white head. Light funk, spicy yeast, floral hops, dry oak, yoghurt, lemon balm. Over light sweet, medium bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Great, I really love this.

Clear red brown beer, small creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly, slightly adhesive. Aroma: good roast, some chocolate notes, a little smoky, caramel, a bit yeasty, MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good roast, a little bitter, chemical touch, malty, caramel. Aftertaste: some dried fruits, bitter, good roast, caramel, a little sweet, more malty, grains, decent!
