Bottle at Belgian Beer Geeks Gathering. Hazy yellow golden with big white head. Light funk, spicy yeast, floral hops, dry oak, yoghurt, lemon balm. Over light sweet, medium bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Great, I really love this.

Bottle at the beerbistro. Hazy caramel pour, with alot of sediment, and a big frothy head. Aroma is very fruity, and yeasty, stone fruit, and pears. Low bitterness, fruity, yeasty finish, a tad too sweet though, lacks crispness and drinkability due to very high carbonation.

750ml bottle. Hazy golden pour, large white head. Crisp citric Aroma, some big wheat, light herbs and spice and some subtle fruit. Sharp mouth feel, good carb. Little bitterness, lots of wheat, light herbs sharp hops, reminds me alot of a saison, with wit characteristics. Nice stuff.

From tap at Borefts 2016. Aroma is grainy malt, hay, and mild grassy hops. Flavour is light sweet and above moderate bitter. Body is medium. Smooth and highly drinkable. Just an excellent Keller from this French brewery.
