Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy golden brew with great rising foamy head thats dissapered very fast either. Light bitter beer looks more English than Belgian or German. Nice fruity taste and bought at its alias "Les Quebecoises".

Sovereign DC: pours light amber with white head. Plenty of pepper but without making you sneeze. Belgian yeast. Rounded sweetness with a definitive pepper note. The sweeter malty side is an interesting interplay with the many flavorful peppers.

Poured a light copper color with a small off-white head. Aroma was huge cracked pepper. Peppery, huge peppercorn. Very nice.

Draught @ Winter Feeste, Bailleul. Pours a hazed blonde, good white head. Aroma is sweet with gentle juniper berry notes. Lovely cake icing sweetness coursing throughout, partly attributable to a fruity juniper berry presence. Interesting triple overall.
