Optisch herrlich anzusehen, in der Nase wundervoll blumig, im Trunk ebenso, hefig, bisschen tartig, langer würziger Abgang. Außergewöhnlich. Lecker. Ein Glück ist es eine große Flasche.

75cl bottle at Raspoutine Social Club watching a Swiss French folk band. Pours a slightly unclear gold, voluminous white head. Aroma of fresh, vibrant, floral, slightly spicy saison yeast. Medium bodied, great drinkability, excellent balance, spicy hints, wonderfully presented. Perfect in the sun watching a Swiss French folk band.

Bottle at home in Alkmaar from Jumbo. Deeper golden pour with a thick, foamy white head. Nose is huge ester notes, pepper, grass, light malts. Taste is perfectly balanced between bitter and sweet, showing phenolic notes, huge loads of pepper, some grass, herbal touches. Closes with a moderately bitter, pleasantly dry finish, it's got a light body and average to high carbonation. I could drink this all day, every day. Mindblowingly round and smooth.

Bottle at home, cellared this one for 8 monts. Pours opaque golden with thick, long lasting white head. Nose is fruity esters, light spicy phenolic notes, a peppery touch, grassy and herbal noble hops. Taste is sweet malts, esters, light peppery notes, moderate bitterness and grassy, herbal notes of the aged hops. Closes with lightly hoppy, estery finish, has light body and soft to average carbonation. Liked it more than I thought I would.

Bottle at home. Opaque golden pour with a white head. Nose is phenolic, showing citrus zest, light malty notes, and herbal touches. Taste is slightly sweet, malty, grainy, highly phenolic and spicy with a touch of apples and a barely bitter finish. The taste is rather clean and straightforward all along. Light to medium bodied with soft to average carbonation. Been enjoying these classic saisons lately and this is no exception either.
