Nice schwarzbier, earthy and roasted with subtle notes of chocolate and a touch of cascara. Finishes with an herbal undertone and a modest java-ish bitterness. Good pint.

500 c&c from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a decent white head. Aroma is sourish with lactobacillus. Med body. Flavor has white grape and the lacto is rather smooth and restrained. Might be a bit of Brett, but I'm not sure. Background of oak astringency. Seems a bit floral with time. Excellent for the style, but Brett would have been an improvement.

Not a bad pilsner, more citrus than floral, with notes of white bread, lemon, and cut grass. Grain and citrus on the back end.

Tavour can: pours deep gold with white head. Aroma is bready malts and some flowers. Taste is sweet, malty, but still crisp and light. Another nicely done lager.

Certainly a decent dose of peach. Pours hazy orange without much head. Tart finish, great balance. This is very nice. Snally.

Love it! Though the hops were not as noticeable as I maybe expected, but I wasn't sure what to expect. When was it hopped? before barrel aging? There beer was also 8 months old when i tried it (bottled Feb 25, tasted Oct 25). Real nice sour presentation though - doughy and lemony flavors, with mild grain and funk on the nose. The tartness was "right thar". Semi-sweet, light bodied and easy drinking. Funky and fun. Cloudy yeasty yellow car with light short lived head.
