Bottle from The Bottle Shop Canterbury and drunk at home. Hazy cloudy dark orange gold beer with lasting white head. Tropical fruit hoppy aroma. Very easy drinking cos of the abv, lots of flavour though. Lovely mango and passionfruit and tangerine. Some mild bitterness on the finish. Certainly tasty. Not sure I like it as much as some of their other beers but definitely tasty.

My 2800th rating. 33cl bottle. Bottled Nov 13. Black color, lasting brown head. Heavy roasted aroma, coffee, chocolate but unfortunately also off notes, some vinegar present, both in aroma and flavor. More disturbing in the aroma. As it gets warmer the off notes in the flavor actually disappears almost completely. Dark chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, vinegar. Smooth, dry hoppy finish. Too bad about the aroma.

Clear amber beer with a light citrus aroma. Light citrus in the flavour and a slightly sour, floral aftertaste.

BATCH 50, ABV 7.3%. 330ml bottle from, I think, Kris Wines. Pours a deep black with cream head with a big hit of toasted malts from the start. Dusty cocoa, rubber and a whisper of bitter liquorice. Quite a nice balance, not too rich, thus making it very drinkable for the ABV.
