Cask at the Euston Tap, London on 7th July 2012. Hazy gold with white fully-lacing foam. Hoppy and yeasty aroma. Bitter and grassy hops in-mouth before a very bitter finish, with grassy notes. Pleasant engaging texture.

Ruby ale with a pleasant bitterness - a decent enough start for a new brewery.

Good amount of a half pint, gravicask at Chorlton Beer Fest, shared with Elisabeth and Stefan. Bubbly, beige head over a deep, jet black body. Smell of sweet, earthy malts. Dark mid-sweet malts with a note of cocoa offset by dark bitter malts. Bittersweet end. Well balanced. Likable, 06.07.2012.
