Description
We believe in cider, we love cider, always have done always will do. Cider is part of our national heritage, it’s a cause for celebration. Wanting everyone to enjoy cider as much as we do is probably a bit too big a challenge but if we can help a few people to try and enjoy it then that’s a decent start...

Danke an danlo. Süffiger, kaum süßer Beginn. Eher trocken, was im Verlauf noch deutlich ansteigt. Alkoholische Noten, adstringent. Natürlich apfelig, geringe Herbe. Trocken apfeliger Abgang. 9/10/11/10/8/9

Bottle shared at home. Pale golden with some bubbles. Sweet apples, dry tannins, nutty and woody, a light touch of camamebert or other soft ripe cheese funk in the background. Moderate sweet, quite dry and light sour. Medium body and soft fizz. --- Beer merged from original tick of Sixpointsix on 10 Dec 2018 at 12:23 - Score: 7

Bottle from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Appearance - golden with a hint of amber. Gentle bubbles. Nose - sour, tangy apples but with some sweetness at the back. Taste - apple skin, a little of the oak barrel, and then the apple fruit slips through! Palate - close to medium bodied, tangy middle and end. Overall - good cider!
