Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance -amber with nae heid even if poured from a height. Nose - light orange and malt bag. Taste - dry biscuits and light orange again. Palate - light bodied with a dry crunchy texture and a fairly clean finish. A bit flat though. Overall - it’s under carbonated so expect that’s why the hops haven’t come through.

500ml bottle from the Brewery Online Shop. Pours clear golden with a thick off-white head. Aromas of fresh ginger, pine, light citrus. Taste is more fresh ginger, bitter orange. No heat from the ginger, so it’s not over-powering. Bitter finish. Better than expected.

500ml bottle bought at Hops and Crafts in Exeter. Jet black body, firm beige, bubbly head. Spotty lacing. Chocolate malty nose, hints of berries. Fine blended taste character of blackcurrant. molasses and dark chocolate. Roasted malty ending. Well bodied. Good night cap (Shared with Finn, hotel room, Exeter 29.09.2016).

Cask at GBBF 2016. Day 1. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds pale grains and hay. Light sweet flavour, grassy and grainy, with pale bread and a little carpet. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Grassy bitter finish. So so overall.

500ml bottle from the Brewery Online Shop. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon curd, faint white pepper, light bready malt. Taste has a hint of varnish, spice, light floral tones. Spicy linger, bit too much of the varnish though.
