Cask handpull at The County Hotel JDW Ashford almost black beer lasting beige head. Classic cask condition mouthfeel. Soft in mouth. Some roast malt. Some chocolate some dryness. Light liquorice flavour. Some dryness on the finish. Decent.

Gravity Cask @ Royal Oak, Fritham badged as the house beer 'Bowman Royal Oak'. Amber pour, thin white sheet. Decent lightly sweet bitter, some distant floral notes but almost completely flat unfortunately.

29/9/2023. Cask at Cricketers, Ipswich. Pours clear golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is buttery, caramel, wet grains, sweet malt, bready edge. Medium plus sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. And 23/3/2025. At The Troll Cart, Great Yarmouth. See photo.

Pours a clear golden colour with a small white head that settled. The aroma is malty, toasted cereal, caramel and light fruit. A moderately sweet taste, toasted malt, caramel and light fruit flavours with a bittersweet finish.
