16 oz can thanks to Clarkvv and Tom on the share. Aroma is mild white
Bread, mild cantaloupe, soft florals. The flavor follows the aroma. Shows a very mild floral bitterness. I don’t think that is the power of suggestion.

Pours a murky, dark brown, with smallish tan head. Aroma is smoke, bread, roasted grain. Flavors follow. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.

Draft at Fox Farm. Brilliant red colored with pinkish top. Nose is thick wild cherry and hint of farmhouse funk. Tatses of cherry, red wine, lemon, cheesy funk, horse blanket. Tannic and some sweet notes. Funky finish lingers

Draft at brewery in Lukr. Clear rich good with large foamy head. Nose is herbal and floral and some breads. Tatsss like fresh herbs, innards of a dinner roll. Florals, light candy. Smooth palate very refreshing.

Bottle pours with a nice deep dark colored void of a body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up inviting chocolate fudge and then boozy vague spirits, vanilla, marshmallow and a dash of coconut. The taste delivers the same plus the Fox Farm fun malty goodness. Such a great sipper.

Brewery draught, 10/24/25.

Light salted char with fudge and iodine. Willett does its thing adding dry spice galore and there's a deep, earthy richness with round oak and mild vanilla. No alcohol noted, not sugary.
Soft, rich, massively spicy with sweet bourbon and notes of playful mallow and vanilla. Shockingly sweet, soft and approachable for WFE Bourbon. Sticky fudge with fruity cherry and lingering malt sweetness. No alcohol noted. Oddly drinkable and approachable for its size and age...

Lovely earth, mild pepper and mild melon of wet hops with a touch of tropical fruit. Cracker and white bread-likr malt gently balance.
Soft, sweet and spicy with intense ripe pear, honeydew melon and light black pepper. Fantastically unique and interesting. Soft, feathery texture with just enough malt richness to comfort, drying out nicely with white bread and biscuit notes. Zippy bitterness refreshes the palate, on the end. Pretty special stuff.

Smells like poopy blueberry; absolutely divine. Big funk with peppery skin and no big/sharp acidity. Wheat, soft barrel and round, seedy, juicy marionberry on the finish. Jammy but not sweet, with notes of vanilla and more funk lingering.
Nice and dry without any big acid or sugar. Juicy berry with a lighter body. Soft and pleasingly tart with wheat and nutty oak. Super refreshing and drinkable. Hard to believe it's all spontaneous sour ale, as it drinks so easy.

Bright Brett and moderate lacto show decent aging with no big edge. Some nuttiness/earthiness and peachy fruitiness is softened by a tasteful vanilla addition. Very lovely, aromatic, clear and playful.
Yummmm. Soft and mildly tart with a healthy malt sweetness and nutty richness. Succulent vanilla balances peachy acidity with no aggressivity. This is the kind of sour I with more people could be exposed to. Not a kettle sour and not ridiculously sour.
