Armsby draught, 10/8/25.
Clear plum pulp. Little/no head.
Sweet and fruity grape almost gives light cherry. Soft salinity with mild funk and tons of mineral. Mild Belgian yeast and rustic, lightly bready malts round it out.
Pepper and big funk with orange wine-like notes. Just malty enough with honey and biscuit creating a medium, well-attenuated body. Zesty acidity never gets too aggressive. Very interesting grape without excessive tannin or sweetness. Funk and mineral for days.

Armsby draught, 10/8/25.
Lambrusco-like appearance.
Really nice chalky, saline minerality. Brett and lacto with no acetic. Low oak and generous, but well-aged fruit. Strikingly similar to something along the lines of a lambrusco. Pinch of soft sweetness. Light funk.
Funky mineral and light oak with plentiful tart fruit. A bit more acidic than the nose lets on, with, unfortunately, a rather thin body. It exposes a lot of tannic character on the finish and just ends in a pile of acid.

Good clarity in the bright, cherry red liquid. Big, pink, well-retained head.
The nose has plentiful, real cherry though it's very acidic. Would like a bit more soft, rounded character. Light funk behind it with a touch of oak.
A bit more easygoing in the mouth though it's still full-on cherry brightness. Not as acidic on the finish. The cherry is magnificent and complex with just a touch of sweetness. Ample texture and attenuation. Further softens/rounds as it breathes and warms.

Level99 draught, 7/29/25.
Clear and bright with a copper-tinted brass. Small, white head.
Not intensely aromatic, though I'm desperately trying to warm it, as it's ice cold. Bread and various rustic grain with snappy hops and yeast. Light mineral. Dusty and gently herbal.
Fruity and herbal with sweet corn and low bitterness. Dr, well-malted, crisp and refreshing. Clean and with a berry-like hoppiness that is interesting if somewhat odd. Hope this isn't just a case of a line not cleaned following a fruit beer...

Draught @ Vinyl Beer, Manhattan NYC (Apr 2025). Dark brown with red highlights, large foamy dark beige head, caramel-bread aroma, high carbonation, initially sweet then medium bitter caramel malt taste, toffee flavor, smooth body, long finish. Very smooth dark lager.
