Bottiglia.

Gravicask, half-pint, shared with Finn. A beige, bubbly head leaving spotty lacing on the glass, deep dark brown body. Inviting aromas of brown malts and earth. Malty depth flavours of mild brittle caramel added by a bite of dark fruits. Drying close, lightly roasted. Pretty good.

Quite a to-do to get this one pulled as the returns tray stopped working so the beer stopped pulling through. A bit of faff downstairs and five minutes later I had it. Nice easy hoppy beer feeling a tad weak.

The latest in what's become a family series of 'Citra' beers from Oakham. The actual hop isn't too stated, but it's classed as and very much drinks like a session beer so you certainly get what you pay for here - in a good way. Hoppy and tropical fruity
