Bottle, along with the Molings beer I picked this up for 99p at the ’Dodgy Deli’ on the Cowley Road 20-09-06. Sweet but also very fruity and floral nose to this beer which poured a pale golden colour a little bit on the fizzy side. Tasted very fresh with a fruitiness to it again with nice subtle lemony and citric flavours pushing through and hops in evidence I rather liked this beer.

Cask handpull at Market Porter, Borough. I think that this will be my lowest rated Oakham beer! Copper coloured, thin white head. Bit maltier than most of Oakhams with some red fruit and attractive hop aroma. Some strawberry in mouth and strong hop finish. Distinctive hop bitterness. I love the finish on this, mixed with the strawberry fruit and malt.
