Tap at Moeder Fontainas. Hazy light golden with white head. Quite some spicy yeast, dough, soft weeds, lemon peel, lemon balm. Quite some herbs and fruits. Under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied.

Bottle at MC Zurich. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is lots of pine, rather old hops. Body is medium, piney, sticky, with a low lively carbonation. Sweet old palate. Okay.

Il gusto al naso propende per luppolo, mandarino e speziato. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta, è persistente e voluminosa. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione quante bollicine è abbondante. Il liquido è di aspetto velato e anche qui le bollicine sono di grandezza medio-fine. La carbonazione è persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali che permangono sfociano in un finale di amaro. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato arrivano note di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, mandarino e mela verde.

Bottle at Pretesto. Nose is chocolate, a bit of citrus. Dark brown with lace. Citrusy, chocolate flavor, malty, caramel, a bit peppery. Crisp and easy drinking.
