Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet maty with notes of over ripe fruits and spices as well as lighter notes of yeast. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of malt, caramel, spices, and yeast - especially cloves. Thanks Storm for sharing.

Aroma is fruity hops like all Boulevards that I have tried. There is a bit of spiciness as well, but I am having a hard time picking or pointing out the maltiness. Creamy, off-white head with good lacing but no retention. Murky, dark orange body. Malty and very sweet flavor, not bad at all. Watery mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation.

Moderate piney hops with moderate bready malts and that typical Boulevard fruity aroma. Small, creamy off-white head with good lacing. Body is clear and vibrantly orange. Flavor is weak. No real bitterness, no real taste. Watery texture with lively carbonation.

Aroma is perfume hops with alcohol and the fruity smell I have come to associate with Boulevard beers (its like a mix of banana, raspberry or cassis and some other floral hops). Pour yields a hazy brown sugar body with a small fizzy off-white heead that goes away fully, but leaves decent lacing. Taste is bitter and salty out back with a yeasty aftertaste. Watery mouthfeel and lively carbonation round out this pleasant beer.

Nice, but subtle aroma with liught banana, honey and some fruity hops (no skunk at all). Pour is a frothy white head over a hazy, strong yellow body. Taste is very clean, but pretty boring. A good session beer, but not too interesting. It does go down quite smoothly.

Very pretty porter. Large, creamy, light brown head with good retention and lacing. Typical ultra-dark brown body. Aroma is chocolate, coffee and the fruity hops that I have come to associate with most of Boulevard’s brews. Taste is coffee up front followed by a mildly sour and salty finish with a yeasty aftertaste. Dry mouthfeel and a bit too fizzy carbonation.

Not overly impressed by this one. Very light aroma with moderate coffee malts and some lighty piney hops. Pours with a very creamy light brown head that goes away very quickly. Flavor is smoke and coffee and very dry the entire time. Mouthfeel is similarly dry and overly carbonated.

12 oz bottle from Soonah! Nose is nutty with some very light banana esters; cloudy brown with a small straw head; flavor has light pepperiness, with some toffee, and very light banana notes. Not near as much enjoyment to the olfactory and gustatory receptors as the better Dunkelweisens I’ve tried! Kind of weak and watery!

750ml bottle from mreusch; Nose is light funk, yeast, and spices (cloves, nutmeg, corriander); clear yellow with a huge off-white head; flavor has very light tart hints, light hop bitterness, yeasty breadiness, and the peppery spiciness; pretty decent!
