33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and caramelish. Fruity, light cramelish and somewhat bitter to grassy. Dry and grassy, light phenolic finish.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Slightly yeasty, buttery malty aroma with light notes of citric hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather tame carbonation. Yeasty malty taste with drying subtle fruity hops; moderately dry and slightly bitter finish with mildly fruity hops. Black appearance with a red-brown hue. Well roasted malts in the aroma. Flavour has a good balance of bitter and sweet with some treacle, chocolate and dates coming through.

Clear orange beer, white fluffy irregular head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, floral, bit soapy, citrus, some tobacco. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit fruity, citrus, flroal, pretty bitter, some exotic fruits, some yeast. Aftertaste: fruity, grapefruit, bit medicinal, yeast, floral, some overripe fruits, pineapple.

33cl bottle. Slightly unclear orange color, small to medium sized, fairly quickly diminishing white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, some fruityness, lightly sweet, some fruitpeel. Don’t get any ’’jeneverbes’’. Decent.

It’s not really a Christmas Tasting in Odense. Dark golden with a small white head. Bubblegum aroma with more bubblegum, and a touch of alcohol. Sweet bubblegum, fruity and sugary flavour with heavy alcohol

Bottle @ End of the year, Odense Tasting 2012. Pours cloudy dark golden with a white head. Massive chunks. Spices and sweet malts. Cinnamon, nuts and bubblegum. Flavor likewise. Hubba Bubba. Sweet.

Clear dark brown beer, beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malts, oats, mocha, caramel, ash. Light sweet, light sour flavour, chocolate, bitter coffee, milk chocolate, light caramel and light fruity. Finish roasted malts, chocolate.

Bottle 750ml.Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, light dusty malt, light chocolate, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, dark malt, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120915]
