Bottle thanks to Kenny. It pours clear bright orange with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, sweet - sour, juicy, tart, tangy, peach, nectarine, mango, apricot, lactic and sour gummies. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, bright, firm, tannin, apricot, nectarine, peach, fairly clean, snappy, lactic, some acidity, dry oak, tannin, vanilla, lemony sherbet, vinous and puckering with a drying, sherbet finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy white carbonation. Bright and perhaps a touch acidic. Not bad.

750 ML bottle from the beer cellar, consumed at Ferraro's, 5/7/24. Unclear yellowish-orange color, fizzy off white head. Vinous, a little funky. Rather tart and sour. Pretty nice overall.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 14 Feb 2024) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy off-white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, peaches, vanilla, funky yeast and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with peaches, citrus, lemon, lime, funky yeast, barnyard, vanilla and a generous acidity in a finish with low bitterness. Almost full body, quite dry. Fresh, tart and fruity. Very nice.

750ml bottle pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is some citrus zest and a nice salt brine touch. Taste is more of the nice zest some wheat and salty brine.

2018 famillie rue 75cl bottle tasted march 25 2024 So 5 to 6 years since bottled, probably. no best before date, however it says brewed to enjoy fresh and will evolve pleasantly over time. Bottle opened perfectly, no signs of infection or runaway fermentation. aroma has a sour/wild beer note to it, also a lot of peaches stone and a bit of ripe peaches, white wine, white dessert wine. all notes mixed up well, the aging probably blurred things a lot, which might be a good thing. quite complex. I am a bit in-between 7 and 8 but decided 8 bc of the total lack of off notes. Flavor is quite citrussy sour with a base of peach sweetness and wood. The sourness is the US kind of sourness, rather than the belgian kind (like cantillon). pretty sour. a phenolic note is there, it is somewhat hidden, but when I look for it, i can clearly taste it. it blends in with the pach stone and does not make any significant damage to the flavor overall.

Bottle at a tasting in Bratislavka. Suitable only for hoarders, I agree. Smells nice, but tastes like shit. Lots of acetic acid paired with glue, nail polish remover. Zero baklava. Shit.
