Bruery Terreux®, which loosely translates from French to “earthy bruery”, was developed by Founder Patrick Rue as a space to focus on and explore wild and sour beer fermentation as an extension of The Bruery®.

While brewing history and tradition inform our techniques and process, creativity and experimentation propel our cellar forward to continually develop thought-provoking wild and sour beer of the highest quality.

Bottle shared at craft beer junction bermondsey Bottle share. Many thanks. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, tangy marmelade orange. Prickly sour. Airy. Flavour of the semi sweet, sour, prickly orange rind, sour. Salty,. Sour, orange rind, sour tang.

Bottle: pours wine with no head. Aroma is wine and wood... loads of grape. Taste is somewhat sour, acidic, charcoal, grape, berry. Solid, but barely beer.

Draught@Panema, Helsinki. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is green apples, some tart wood and mild rye and some spiciness to it. Flavour is quite much following the same pattern, but also has a somewhat dry finish, almost like tannins.

KYGG 080423. Amber-orange color with an off-white head. Aroma is sourness, blueberries, funk, citrus. Flavor is sourness, vinegar, blueberries, funk, citrus, oak, fruit, grass. Very nice beer.

Bottled. Reddish orange colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, floral, some mild alcohol as well as caramel. Flavour is tart berries, some wood, alcohol and mild floral notes. Delicate and nice.

On tap at LKBW 2023. Hazy orange with small white head. Fruity, grapes, citric, some funk, musty, intensive sourness, puckering. Juicy. Liked it.
