Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a cloudy olive brownish/greenish with a rough off-white head. Fruity nose, a slight yeastiness. Light body, a slight tartness, fruiti, citric tart that is. Some Belgian yeast and phenols. Hardly any bitterness. 030711

Good, reasonably stable & dense head over beer, the colour of toast. End of bottle solid yeast. (Raw) vegetable nose, touch of caramel, touch of peanuts, fatty acids. Again fatty acids, but not really disturbing; the balance being rather OK. Toasted finish, slight sweetish touch. Medium bodied, bit of slickness. Aftertaste has again raw vegetable streak. If the veggie/peanuts streak would have been more pronounced, I would have loathed it, but in this way, it makes it rather original, thanks to a quite keen balance.

Cloudy blond beer, creamy white head, bit stable, adhesive. Aroma: tropical fruits, pineapple, sweet peaches. MF: very little carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter hops, rotten fruits, citrus notes. Aftertaste: bitter, pretty straightforward.

(aged bottle, 33cl) Hazy, amber, almost copper colour with a dense and tanned foamy head. Mildly yeasty and vinous fruity aroma with notes of plums and raisins, backed by slightly sweet cara-malt and delicately spicy notes. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Cara-malty, slightly bready and distinctively dried fruity taste with a mildly vinous character; mildly sweet and sour fruity finish with the alcohol well-hidden. Pleasant brew. 05.VI.11

bottle@’t Waagstuk: clear yellow with a lasting white head, smells sweet with honey & yeast, hop & spice, not picking up much of the honey in the taste but I am getting a certain sweetness from it with a decent amount of bittering hops, spice & yeast + some caramel, light body with lots of carbonation, not bad but nothing special really

Dry-sweetish caramelly licorice coriander taste with herbal spicy notes. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Light body. Dry spicy chocolatey aftertaste with peppery honey notes. Buttery finish. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish spicy licorice and seeds of paradise aftertaste with rock sugar notes. Lingering butterscotch. Nice, vivid, crazy clean, very drinkable. Santa Bee bottle. Pours dark brown. Off white head. Nose/taste of bad sour and over ripe fruit, grape, brown sugar and toffee. Over-carbonated. Off.
