A golden amber saison with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy hops, light cereal, light fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light cereal, green hops, pleasant. Can at Festival des Bières de Laval 2023.

A hazed blonde yellow ipa with a thin lacing creamy off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, light fruity esters, light cloves, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Festival des Bières de Laval 2023.

16oz can I grabbed at a bodega, pours a clear brown with plenty of clingy, off white head. Nose has malt and black tea and some bread and a little earth tones. Flavor is mostly malt, earthy, plenty of first running tea, some carrot or root veg. Finishes off dry. A touch simple but up to the task of a bitter.

Aromatique dont la base maltée est bien présente avec ses notes de biscuit ainsi que des accents floraux, citriques et résineux des houblons. Mousse de taille moyenne, assez crémeuse et persistante sur un liquide doré très légèrement voilé. En bouche, c’est plutôt résineux avec des notes de conifère, une bonne base maltée et un soutient d’alcool. Une impression de sécheresse alimente quelques notes florales, d’agrumes et de pin. Encannée depuis 4 mois, il est normal que les houblons soient quelque peu affadis. J’en ai néanmoins tenu compte dans mon pointage. O:6.5 V:5.0 G:6.225 C:4.3 G:14.2 T:36.225
