Bottle - Lots of fruity sweetness and some acetone. Clear copper with no head. Sweet, bit of booze and caramel and lots of light coffee notes. Syrupy and sweet cocoa, very odd.

On tap at Bottleworks, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Nose brings out the marrow, with apples and light smoke. Flavour is just disgusting in my opinion, with loads of marrow and smoke - I wouldn't have ordered this if I knew what it was. Nasty to me.

On tap at Bottleworks, pours a clear pale golden with a tiny white head. Nose brings out light ginger, medium sweet apples and some light funk. Flavour is along the same lines - the ginger is pretty light, with farmhouse notes and medium sweet apples. Well-balanced and clean. Not my favourite of the Finnriver products, but they excepted this well. Solid.

On tap at Brouwer's Cafe, pours a cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out farmhouse funk and dry apples. Flavour is very funky, with farmhouse notes, medium funk and dry apples. Very complex, with a lovely dryness. Excellent stuff.

Medium rusty orange. Silky smooth and thick. Cacao, sweet fruit, pear liqueur, very sweet sugary finish but with lasting warm booze, too. Such a great sipper.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out an interesting mix of honey, dry red apples, and fresh meadowy notes. Flavour is crisp and lightly sweet, with crisp red apples and just a touch of honey to make things more interesting. Really cohesive and well-integrated. Excellent.

Bottle - Apple, tannin and some white grape. Clear light effervescent gold. Effervescent and a slight tannin with a dry finish. Great for a champagne replacement.
