Keg at Lost Valley Clear purple. Aroma of strong lavender, currant, Concord grape, honey. Taste is lavender, tart currant, grape, apple. Thin medium bodied. Nice.

On tap at Schilling Cider House - PDX, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out apple core, juicy peaches and gentle acidity. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry peaches, light apple acidity and apple core. Dry but fruity. Nicely done.

Wonderfully beautiful bottle. Pours a clear yellow golden color with thick legs. A big sweet sticky nose, some cacao. Huge boozy flavor, sweet pear, sticky, big chocolate slides in but overall it is sort of odd to me. Very hot. Pretty interesting.

Tall sexy bottle pours out a pear color no head. Nose is booze pear honey sweetness chocolate. Taste is more of the nice sweet pears hot booze wow.

Tap. Clear white grape, straw, small fizzy head, minimal lacing. Aroma is apples and light ginger. Flavor is light tart. Light body. Interesting.

Bottle, gifted by Matt. Thanks! This sounds amazing. Anything with peppers makes my want list. A mostly pale apple juice pour with no head. A very solid hot pepper influence here. Breathe in too hard while sipping on this, and you will be coughing. Pepper heat, but doesn’t overpower the flavor. Apple still present. Cream. A fantastic cider to sip on and enjoy the massive flavor going on here. Very nice cider, one of the better ones in recent memory.

Hazy golden with no head. Apple, slight hat, yeast, some spice, and light sweetness. Finish is tart and medium dry. A very enjoyable cider. Well-balanced with enough complexity to stand out but also highly drinkable.
