Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear pale yellow straw coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is big funky wood, oak, tannin, mouldy wood, balsa. apple pips. Flavour is composed of mouldy wood, spores, super musty, green fruit, Palate is semi sweet, tannin, oaky, fine carbonation. Did not hold up well.

Flavour is composed of spicy woody apple, light tang, green apple, oak, tannin, musty funk, spicy finish. lemon rind. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, tannin, moderate fine carbonation.

Taste comprises sharp apples, apple core, funk, green apple, herb, hedgerow, tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid work.

Taste comprises earthy orchards, pear skins, caramel, damp straw, herb, tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid Perry.

Taste comprises juicy pears, light funk, hay bale, balsa wood, tannins, straw, perfume. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid Perry.

Nose is dusty apples, straw, sugar cane, apple pulp akin to fresh breakfast juice. Taste comprises juicy apple pulp, demerara sugars, light tannins, orchard fruits, peach. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid flavoursome stuff if perhaps a touch on the sweet side for my liking.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy orange. Not much head. Nose - tangy, and light wood. Apple skin. Taste - apple, bruised apple and apple skin. Generfeuit salad thing going on. Palate - medium bodied, sweet and then tangy dry finish. Overall - very nice.

Bottle thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy orange with a short-lived thin white head. Aromas of apple, pat and leather. Taste is dry, woody apple. Dry finish.

Draft at St. John in London. Light hazy over a limey gold body, effectively no head. Nose has light lemons and pears. Bright and floral. In the mouth it's sweet with the pears, a little bit of funk and then some floral notes. Very well balanced and so soft. Really well made.

Draught at Newcastle Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Hazed amber gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of musty apple, citric. Taste is sweetish, ripe apple, fruity with stone fruit note, citric, some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
