Brewery draught, 2/25/25.
Clear bronze-to-light-copper. Small, white head.
Easygoing nose shows gentle tropical fruit, light floral notes, hints of round caramel and honey and a bit of crisp yeast on the end.
Quite fruity, lots of guava and various other tropical fruits. Obviously something New Zealand in here. Has just enough bitterness/acidity to balance the malty, but well-attenuated body, before tapering off and not overdoing the bitterness/acidity. Easy drinking and very flavorful.

Brewery draught, 2/25/25.
Gently cloudy, pale-golden. Small, white head.
Gentle clove, light bubble gum, some honey-like malt and a fresh, floral hoppiness.
Clean, not too clovey nor is there any huge banana or bubble gum. Just chewy, nutty wheat, honey-like pils malt, fresh, bright, floral hops, very mild bitterness and mild pepper. Easygoing but fairly flavorful with an excellent body, texture an dryness.

500 ml. Bottle. 2021 vintage. Aroma is soft, rum, vanilla and chocolate nuances. Flavor follows with very light booze in the finish. I don’t find any sugar, but the vanilla seems more like extract. I could forgive that if it wasn’t for the booze. I pair this with a few pieces of premium chocolate. Was able to drink 3/4 the bottle solo Dome.

Aroma of malt, wood, sour fruits, some caramel, hint of spices. Flavour is light sweet and moderate to medium sour. Finish is dry. Very refreshing beer, it’s hardly fully realized but I found it enjoyable.

500 ml bottle, thanks to Clarkvv on the share! Aroma is cinnamon, oak, chocolate, bourbon. Flavor follows with the spice balancing the chocolate and barrel. No booze whatsoever. Exceptionally well balanced!

500mL 2021 bottle drunk 2/9/25.
Dark. Clear. Small head.
Coconut and light curry with dainty chocolate and good attenuation. No booze, no sugar.
Not super spicy amburana. Coconut and soft milk chocolate. Some mild spice, milk chocolate and mild cinnamon suggestions. Very strong attenuation and big flavors. A very restrained but flavorful amburana example.

Brewery draught, 2/2/25.
Dark, undetermined clarity. Small, tan head, steadily to ring.
Vanilla and a definite mallow character in the nose with honey and milk chocolate. Not a ton of darker or acidic notes to balance, but it's pretty mellow, clean and not boozey or sugary.
Good attenuation. Still some fairly punchy/raw adjunct but it's authentic. Just too young but like the Salted Caramel from this year's release, it's promising and surprisingly pretty well-attenuated. Some heft with vanilla and acidity on the finish.

Brewery draught, 2/2/25.
Light rosé-cranberry. Smattering of pinkish head. Clear.
Lactic acid is pretty uninspired, slightly punchy. Mild cranberry is authentic and neither it nor orange are overdone. Hard to find too much else here, though.
Soft, sweet, insipid. Basic cranberry with some chewy texture and nothing crisp or balanced on the bland finish. Pretty uninspired, crowd-pleaser crap....
