Appearance: clean orange color with a quarter finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: clean malty bready tones with some sweet straw notes, sly sweet yeast tone
Flavor: meshes the previously noted aromas to a fair malty sweetness to a nice hop sweetness, subtle spicy vibe underneath; finishes clean and malty
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; great smoothness - nothing distracting, good carb level
Overall: nicely done Kellerbier I would return to.

Appearance: glossy yellow semi-cloudiness with a three finger white foamy head which trailed off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mixed citrusy to pineapple-y to mango-like hoppy tones; semi-bready malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromad to a fine sweet malty to a fine sweet hoppy vibe with a little bit lower level of bitterness riding up and meet for a nice balance; finishes mostly through the citrusy hops with some mango hop tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness and seems to flow exactly how it should - nothing distracting
Overall: a very nicely done IPL worthy of coming back to.

Appearance: yellow color with some transparency about it and a two finger white foamy head which settled off at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: soft mixed citrusy & floral hops; light clean biscuity malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a clean floral & semi-sweet malty tone; finishes crisp and floral
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; smooth along the tongue, good carb level
Overall: nicely done Czech pilsener I would return to. Maybe next time straight from the can.

Aroma: clean malty bready notes with some herbal to earthy hops; slight hop spice arranging itself between the malts and the other hops
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bitter quality with an underscore of hop spice; finishes the same way
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; great smoothness - great flow - nothing distracting anywhere; great carb level
Overall: nicely done festbier worthy of returning to.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a finger's worth of khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet cinnamon-y to chocolatey to molasses-like whiffs with some brown sugar, vanilla and maple tones underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a variety of different sweet qualities; finishes a bit sticky with the molasses to maple tones
Texture: medium bodied, slightly sessionable; some smoothness but also a bit of stickiness - nothing cloying to me but the stickiness is noticeable - just not distracting
Overall: pretty good for the most part, I think I could still return to this beer despite a touch of stickiness to it.

Appearance: copper color with a little bit of transparency about it and a quarter finger's worth of off-white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some honey, nutmeg, ginger and orange peel then some soft sweet & spicy tones of rye; light wafery malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet tone initially then flanked by a little bit of spice and a touch of citrusy bitter tone; finishes mostly with the nutmeg and orange peel
Texture: medium bodied, some sessionability; some smoothness - nothing distracting - just a nice flow of beer along the tongue
Overall: I'd return to this Winter lager probably around the same time as I first had it.

Maybe with age the adjuncts have homogenized and the barrel faded because this just smells like a Tootsie roll, or turtle, I guess. Not much else, really.
Chewy caramel, chocolate with a fudge coconut character and very low barrel. But the barrel aging is felt in the texture and dryness. Despite the adjunct heavy flavors, it's not sweet at all. Some spice lingers as well. Lighter in body per this series; these are never syrup bombs or even very thick. But the flavors are true and clear. No alcohol noted. Impossible task to follow Woodford Big Bang 2021, but this is still very well-done.

Overall: so this is what a "modern pilsener" is supposed to taste, smell and feel like? Okay, noted, I get it and accept this.

Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet and flanked by a little hop spice/peppery tone; finishes crisp, semi-dry and citrusy
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; fairly smooth along the tongue with a brisk brush of hop assertiveness but nothing offensive
Overall: I say a nicely done IPL worth coming back to.
