Bottle. Sweet, warming and smooth. Brown sugar, dark chocolate, some coffee, alcohol, booze, spices and perhaps some pepper or chili. Banana notes. Too sweet, but sure fine. 847416 251129

Smooth, sweetish and oaky with some prunes, figs, bourbon, toffee, hints of cognac and warming alcohol. Surprisingly smooth, has probably mellowed a lot during the years. Still tasty and complex slow sipper

Ciemnobrunatne praktycznie czarne nieprzezroczyste piwo z mizerną pianą. Aromat słodów palonych, miodu, wrzosu, przyjemnie intensywny. W smaku miód, czekolada, bourbon, nuty od beczki. Oleiste, gładkie. Ciekawe chyba lepsze od Kaggen

Panda from Colin. Cheers. Dark and glossy - ai didn't realise it was a clear panda at first. No head. The aroma is boozy with dark chocolate, mocha and burnt coconut Initially sweet and chocolatey before the boozy edge becomes apparent. Add caramel, molasses, coconut and berries to the mix. Thick. Oily. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Big thick sweet and boozy Impy.

deep and complex aroma with roasted malts, dark chocolate, sweet toasted breadymalts, vanilla.
flavor is quite sweet and a bit boozy with notes from the booze from the barrels. very slightly oxidized or mouldy tree like notes, aroma better than flavor, but flavor is quite fine, like a high end french dessert liquer or something. Also resembles a pastry stout a bit. alc. is held well, with the boozy notes being like very flavorful high end booze, not cheap vodka. Good sipper, though not my favorite personal taste. It is complex and clean, though. No burnt or dark caramel, only variations of malty goodness and then the booze and a lot of dark chocolate and a bit vanilla and oak.

Dark malts, chocolate aroma, then an alc punch that is a bit phenolic, faint plum like boozy note.
flavor is dark dried fruity, boozy, alc. sting, plums, dark chocolate, port wine vineousness, in fact, it could resemble a dark port with dark chocolate mixed in.. could also resemble a quad with some hard booze added. I liked batch 11 better, and is a tiny bit disppointed with this one. The chocolate flavor is great though, and the dried dark fruits does give it character. not very balanced with all that booze.
perhaps it needs some air after being opened.
