330 ml. bottle @ home. Procured from Willems & Zoon. Only lightly hazy burned sugar amber, off-white head. Nose is sticky BE, burned sugar, brown apple, herbal malts & iron touch. High carbonation, way too high. Fizzy metallic, herbal, tad empty sticky BE beer, leaves, bark, bitter herbal spices, tad bitter ginseng, faint herbal alcohol. Pretty unexciting Belgian, not that good either.

4oz pour at Churchkey DC pours a hazy orange with some sudsy, white head. Nose has strange notes of jalapeno jelly, dusy, honey, yeast. Flavor is more classic, honey, mild raisin, mild spice, booze. Sticky finish. Weird.

Bottle at barely legal tasting room . Pours clear blonde, good yet fast fading white head . Smell is sweet , grainy, perfumed . Taste is grains, sharp bitterness ( not hoppy though ) , perfumed ( almost soapy ) . Overcarbonated ( explaining the loud pop when opening the bottle ) . Not impressed , sorry ...
