This one has been on the wishlist for a LONG time. Bottle courtesy of a traveling friend. The beer is a clear golden-orange color with a thick frothy off-white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky partial rings of lace. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Full-bodied with flavors of resiny hops, grapefruit, apricot and roast malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering citrusy and piney hop aftertaste. While difficult to live up to expectations after so long, it's still a damn good beer.

Bottled, enormous thanks Adam V for sharing! 2022 batch (Small Batch: Pomace Beer 8.6%, January 11, 2023, Cabernet Sauvignon). Lightly hazy ruby body, off-white head. Initial whiff of paint and alcohol, some raisins, over plenty of red, red wine. Soft, light, almost a bit smoky, minerally, tannic and metallic taste, with plenty of highly pleasant red wine notes making everything worth it, well hidden, well integrated alcohol and acidity - lighty acetic.A solid rollercoaster of a beer! Very much glad I'd had it!

Bottle.
A- Gold color, slightly hazy liquid, white head.
A- Oak, mild funk, grapefruit, citrus zest.
F- Tangy, citrus, oak, tannic.
T- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, tangy finish.
O- I was hoping for more complexity. Nice beer but not as great as the other RR beers I've had. A bit one-dimensional.

500ml bottle. Floral hop aroma with notes of pine resin, berry, grapefruit, caramel malt and tangerine. Pours clear golden colored with a large white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with berry, caramel malt and tangerine flavors. Finishes dry but still quite smooth with grapefruit, floral and pine resin hop flavors with mild bitterness. Very nice variation on a classic!
