Description
Originellement sous le nom de Brasseurs Sans Gluten (BSG), la brasserie a été officiellement créée en juillet 2011 avec le lancement de la Glutenberg Blonde.
Lors de leur création, les brasseurs occupent un local dans un fond de cour, rue Saint-Patrick dans le quartier Côte-Saint-Paul, dans l'arrondissement du sud-ouest de Montréal.
Le succès rapide des bières Glutenberg oblige les Brasseurs sans gluten à déménager dans de plus grands locaux dans un complexe industriel du quartier Mercier (rue Dickson).
Elle fait partie du Groupe Glutenberg, qui sera acheté par Groupe Triani en 2022. Le Groupe Triani a lui même été racheté en 2024 par le Groupe Prime Drink.
Groupe Prime Drink a acheté les actifs du Groupe Triani (Brasserie Les 2 Frères, Glutenberg, Transbroue, Microbrasserie Vox Populi, Oshlag Brasserie) en 2024 et fera ensuite faillite en 2025.

Can at Matt's
Dark color, near black. Nice aroma of drip coffee. Dry, a bit ashy, some malt acidity.

0,473 boks fra helsekosten i Verksgata, på Action mai-18: lett uklar korngylden med tett skum som varer forbi siste dråpe. Deilige innslag av koriander, gjær, banan, appelsin/citrus og tyggis i en lekker maltkropp gjorde denne til et forfriskende og overraskende smaksrikt følge til filmen (som var grensesprengende tåpelig i sin usannsynlighet, men det er jo det vi liker i filmklubben vår!). Krydret citrusavslutning med nevnte banan og tyggis var lekker og langvarig - denne er verdt et gjensyn.

Bottle split at 36 Levels Lost, thanks to Kenny, 17/04/18. Lightly hazed golden with a decent egg shell white head. Nose is sweet fruits, caramel, figs, straw, herbal notes. Taste comprises light citric peel, glazed cherries, sweet bites, herb, light spice. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok sipper but not doing a lot for me.

Bottle shared at the Columbus tasting 17/04/2018. Many thanks! A hazed deep orange coloured pour with a loose beige, Aroma is sweet apricot, orange, harsh grains, smokey, white grape. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, orange, tangerine, apricot, pastry. Palate is medium sweet, light tangy apricot, frothy moderate carboantion.

Boks fra Vinmonopolet Storsteinnes. Drukket på Lillehøgda. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Middels høyt kritthvitt luftig skum. Litt lacing. Aroma av overmoden fersken. Smaken som aromaen + litt plommer i ettersmaken.

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to Ratebeer for again knocking out the search function on Android and forcing me back to paper and pen! Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, soft and smooth, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, light creamy sweetness. Lightly bitterish pine and floralness. Sweet floral grape and a touch of white wine. Little spicy bitterness on the backend. Highly unusual and pretty drinkable.

Bottle shared in London - cheersto Kenneth. Pours hazy gold with a frothy, white head, a little zest in the snout, dry bread, wood. Medium sweet flavour with with more booze, ripe lime, oily citrus. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Warming finish, lightly grainy pale malts, bread, ripe citrus, booze, wood. So so overall.
