From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Batch #8. Lots of tart red and dark fruits in the aroma, with soft oak, blackcurrant, notes of vinegar and red wine. Flavour is nicely puckering sour and tart with some mild sweetness. Body is medium. Lots of sour and tart fruits, quite a lovely Sour.

Flavour is tart and mild sour with a light to moderate bitter dry finish. More cheesy funk throughout. Body is medium. Light and crushable yet complex and funky with grass, grain, citrussy fruits, and yeast. Light but wonderfully complex, an ace Saison!
