Wow! This is how you brew with saaz! Such a great spicy, grassy Aroma with a great malt bill. Mouthfeel is a little thick, carb is soft. Finish is spicy, and grassy, the saaz shine so much in this beer. Great stuff.

On tap at bar hop. Another amsterdam triumph! Peaches, pears, earthy hops, citrus zest, and woody grasses. Citrus pithy bitterness, fresh stone fruit finish, with some acidic white wine qualities. Nice stuff.

Can from the lcbo. Very light hazy, orange color, large white head. Loads of citrus, grapefruit, and stone fruit. Carb is a little soft, mouthfeel is nice. Finish has a fragrant candied citrus zest, light citrus oil, and some hints of cereals.

Cask days 2014.
Great aroma, boat loads of thick, sticky citrus zest, and pine resins, even candied citrus, very nice. The finish is where it goes south. The finish is a medium bitterness, but the flavour is like making tea with a spent bag of centennial hops. Watery sticky pine resins and wet hop tea.

Cask Days 2013.
This was right up there with my highlights of the festival. Expected jet black pour, with a very dark brown, rocky head. The aroma was unbelievable. Huge amounts of coffee, and deeply burnt malts. This was literally like drinking cold coffee with a warming alcohol finish. The finish was quite bitter, but enjoyable. The coffee never let go, and just thrashed my palate all the way down, and possible ruined it for the rest of the day. Incredible beer for a strong coffee lover.

On tap at the brewhouse. Clear golden pour, big frothy white head.
Aroma of smoked malts, sausage, spicy malts, and fresh bread. The malts are chewy, but also quite smoky. The finish is a medium on the bitterness scale, and the finish, is bready, and smoky. a nice quaff.

Cask Days 2013. Cocoa aroma, some vanilla, solid charred malts, light hops. Oily mouth feel, soft carb. The finish was a touch sweet, and a little fruity, with more vanilla, and wood, with some solid bitter cocoa. Can’t say i’m getting much chili, in flavor or heat.

On tap at the Brewhouse.
Hazy yellow pour, with a big frothy, sticky head. A nice citric, and spicy aroma. Touches of yeast, and some light peppery notes with a touch of funk. The mouthfeel is active, but bang on, the body is perfect.
The finish is crisp, medium bitter, and has some nice funk/tartness. An excellent saison.

Bottle from the. Rewery. Swampy, amber pour with a redish hue, and a very quickly dissipating off white head. A very funky, sour aroma. Lots of raspberries, and raspberry juice. Some slight barnyard aromas, and random berries. Quite tart, slight woody flavor, with some decent acidic notes. The funk is very pleasant, and up front. This is a veryice sour ale. I need more.
