Sampled cask @ Brassigaume 2013. Blackish dark brown with a small beige head. Nose is sweet grapefruit, earthly with chocolate + sweeter herbs. Taste is chocolate, caramel, mellow lovely earthly notes, some grapefruit hops, faint citrus fruits. Little carb. cask body, very easy to drink. Lovely stuff. Regardless of ABV or the amount of hops listed, this tasted like a very enjoyable mild ale to me. Nice.

#2850. Sampled cask @ Brassigaume 2013. Pale citrus with a white head. Nose is nicely hoppy, C. hoppy, lime, citrus, NZ touch, juicy, slight plastic touch but noting unpleasant. Taste is sweet full kiwi, white frtuis & floral hops, nice blend and balance, light yeast, touch sweetness to balance. Very easy to drink. Very solid & fully enjoyable golden ale.

15 cl. cask @ Brassigaume 2013. Hazy touch darker orange with a creamy white head. Nose is mellow & full of hops liked by UK brewers, esp. C ones, fruity but sadly also a dash of something off, something akin to acetone / something industrial. Taste is sweet caramel, lots of hops, C. hops, juicy, touch citrus, grapefruit, nice malt base, touch toffee, true to style but once again same slight off-flavours. Still pretty good but I think that the cask has gone off slightly unfortunately. Their other 3 cask’s luckily revealed no issues. Very full body for ABV & cask.

Cask @ Brassigaume ’13.

Cask @ PRNH Meibock fest 2013. Cloudy amber color. Off white head (sprinkler?). Aroma’s: sweet, bready malts, a bit stale/plastic retronasal. Flavor is medium sweet, clearly rye. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Medium bitter finish. OK.
