0.33 l bottle from ’hetbiermoment.nl’. Pitch black with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, brown layer. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty and minimally fruity aroma of milk chocolate, liorice, sweet coffee, tar, caramel and hints of raisins. Sweetish, roasty-malty and slightly fruity taste of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice, tar, caramel and raisins, followed by a medium long, roasty-bitter, slightly alcoholic finish. Medium body, creamy to oily mouthfeel, flat. Good!

Saved myself a bottle! 33 cl @ home. Pitch black color with a dense tan head, with just a thin layer retention. Aroma’s: ground coffee, ash, with sweet malts, mocha and sweet chocolate retronasal. Flavor is rather sweet, roasted, coffee-ish. Soft mouthfeel, medium bodied. Long finish with roast and ash. Nice!

Bottle shared with BBGTC, courtesy of Palme. Pours hazy golden, with a small creamy head. Aroma is acetic musty wooden notes with funky farmyard, hay, honey, grapes and lemons. Full body, with very soft carbonation. Flavour is acetic wine vinegar, with wooden brett, musty fruit peel, and lemon peel. Lingering citrusy bitter finish. Quite nicely balanced.
