Bottle. Quite assertive hoppiness, grassy, citrusy and resiny, mixing well with massive malty backbone and rather full body of this beer. Dried fruits, raisins, light caramel. Surprisingly easy drinking, alcohol hidden completely. Very good.

hazy orange to amber colour, medium sized slightly yellowis off-white head; aroma of rotten tropical fruits, apricot, some sulphur odour and I have just read below from someone "wet dog" - it is a perfect deScription of its smell...taste is the same...well, not really good, but drinkable

Tower 42 Tasting. Thanks to Fergus. Light haze on this yellowish - gold beer, thin white head. Palate is slightly soft, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Light malts, lightly sweet. A bitterish aniseed - grapefruit. Bright tropical fruits. Mild floralness and pine. Bitter grapefruit aniseed finish. Hoppy but also a bit boozy.

Monumentális, örökké tartó, barna hab, fekete szín. Fekete csokis, kávés, aszalt gyümölcsös illatok. Száraz és fanyar, savanykás, feketecsokis-pörkölt malátás ízvilág, kávés aromával. Testes sör. Kissé sok a savanyú.

Bottled 330ml. -Almost black coloured, small brown head, pure chicory nose. Roasted malt, chicory, light coffee and milk chocolate with some notes of acidity. Filter coffee and ash in the finish. One-dimensional and quite letdown.

Bottle. Dark brown stout with coffee foam. Strong aroma of earthy coffee, roasted and burnt malt. Taste: coffee, caramel, spicy and hoppy.

Közepes, tartós hab, barna szín. Illata intenzív, malátás alapon markánsan citrusos, kissé karamelles és picikét gyantás. Íze markánsan keserű, friss zöldfűszeres, citrusos és picit gyantás. Hosszú utóíze kesernyés, és gyantás, kicsi gyümölcsösséggel. Testes, de nem nehéz, kissé száraz érzetű. Az alkoholt sikerült teljesen elrejteni.
