500 ml bottle. Dirty cloudy orange colour, big long lasting white head. Banana, a bit grapefruit, yeasty, bready, estery. Taste is bitter and slightly sour. Soft carbonated, medium bodied. Bitter finish. Palatable and refreshing. Very nice!

Keg at GBBF ’17, 11/08/17. Banana and cloves aroma (shock horror). An unusual sopearance: a solid opaque fudge golden brown. Creamy white head. Light sour. Expanding sweetness. Banofee. Thick bodied. Slick. Light carbonation. Abrupt finish, some astringency to it. Lovely jubbly.

Euro-Flasche (vom Otto-Versand): Hazy, more ruby-amber than golden, slowly collapsing mid-sized off-white head;moderate sweet-bitter malty-toasty-wheaty nose, molecular traces of bananas included, shy noble hops in the background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour with a mild acidity, medium bodied, fizzy and not very soft; lingering sweet-bitter toasty and wheaty finish, "american" hops in the aftertaste. A well drinkable "hoppy" Weizenbock...

Bottle from Bacchanalia, drunk at home. Light to mid-brown, very murky. Intense aroma of Ovaltine and banana. I expected it to be sweeter, when in pact there’s a pronounced almost fruity bitterness. Finish is rather short, with chocolate notes in the aftertaste. A decent dunkelweizen if a bit off kilter.

Bottle. Murky orange color with white head. Aroma is cheesecake, banana cream, fresh yeast, sweet, vanilla. Taste is lots of banana cream, vanille, sweet. Medium carbonation. Oberbayern, wie es leibt und lebt - the pure Upper Bavaria feeling.

Smooth fresh malty beginning. Not too intense floral. Sweetish floral, mild sessionable. Not too intense and not much character.

Spritzig hopfiger Antrunk, dabei aber eher dumpf und wenig fruchtig. Geringe Würzigkeit, wenig IPAish, okay. 10/8/9/8/10/8

(bottle, 7.0% abv) Cloudy, murky golden colour with a medium-sized off-white frothy head. Yeasty, wheaty and mildly cara-malty aroma with notes of banana, phenolic spices, as well as flowery and mildly fruity hops, including hints of apricot and lemon. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a mildly prickly carbonation. Yeasty, wheaty and phenolic spicy start with shades of caramel, banana and a slightly fruity hoppy touch with notes of apricot and tangerine; medium-dry, moderately sweet malty and slightly hop bitter finish Rather a Weizenbock than an IPA, nevertheless likeable. 16.VI.17

Mild hefig-herber Antrunk. Wässrige Gewürznoten, mild herb bleibend. Laff, die Hefigkeit wird leicht bananig, alles aber weiter bei wässrigem Gesamtaroma. Naja... 10/5/7/6/8/6
