Bottle. Murky orange color with white head. Aroma is wheat, grassy, yeastcake. Taste is grassy, banana cream, dough, a bit metallic, yeast cake. Silky mouthfeel with low to medium carbonation. Not bad, but a bit too muddled. 7-3-7-3-14Tap at the Ettaler Holzfassfestival. Very clove-like spicy yeast, clean, refreshing. Spritzy carbonation. Good! 7-4-7-3-14

Keg at GBBF ’17, 11/08/17. Banana and cloves aroma (shock horror). An unusual sopearance: a solid opaque fudge golden brown. Creamy white head. Light sour. Expanding sweetness. Banofee. Thick bodied. Slick. Light carbonation. Abrupt finish, some astringency to it. Lovely jubbly.

Euro-Flasche (vom Otto-Versand): Hazy, more ruby-amber than golden, slowly collapsing mid-sized off-white head;moderate sweet-bitter malty-toasty-wheaty nose, molecular traces of bananas included, shy noble hops in the background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour with a mild acidity, medium bodied, fizzy and not very soft; lingering sweet-bitter toasty and wheaty finish, "american" hops in the aftertaste. A well drinkable "hoppy" Weizenbock...

Bottle from Bacchanalia, drunk at home. Light to mid-brown, very murky. Intense aroma of Ovaltine and banana. I expected it to be sweeter, when in pact there’s a pronounced almost fruity bitterness. Finish is rather short, with chocolate notes in the aftertaste. A decent dunkelweizen if a bit off kilter.

Smooth fresh malty beginning. Not too intense floral. Sweetish floral, mild sessionable. Not too intense and not much character.
