50cl bottle I grabbed at the brewery in Murnau. Pours a murky yellow with a good finger of creamy white head. Nose has lemon soda, sweet dough, yeast, some clove, some bubblegum. Flavor is honey and breakfast cereal, sweet dough, banana, clove, bubblegum. Finishes creamy, off dry. Not a big Hef fan, but this was very true to style.

500 ml bottle. Pours dark cloudy orange with a fluffy head. Unripe banana, lemon, clove, yeast, some spices. Dry sourness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry mild sour finish. Not great, dull and unpleasant.

Ganz gute Hopfung. Den Alkohol schmeckt man sehr deutlich. Zutaten aus biologischem Anbau - ein absoluter Pluspunkt.

0,5 l bottle from Zisch, Wildeshausen. Cloudy brown in the glass, one finger pale beige head. Malty fruity smell. Taste has toasted wheat malt, yeast, banana, clove, some orange fruity sweetness. Everything you expect from a Dunkelweizen. Little bit dry bitterness, above average carbonation. Nice one.

Small, if stable, very slightly yellowish head over crystal clear metallic copper beer. Fresh malts, toasted malts, crystal, maltcookies, caramel, ferns. Dry-ish with some sweet malt underneath, but definitely signs of "herb" hops, bit mineral water quality, peppery feel. Finish is bitter/ish. Good if invisible carbonation, light body, quite slick. Gradually a nice bitterness, referring to noble hops builds up. Great to see Victoria going into new directions. Thanks to Stef!

Wee bottle. Hazy golden. Low off white head. Light sugary nose. Medium full body, mellow, sweet, light fruity perfumed notes, tropics, peachy.

0,5 l bottle from Zisch, Wildeshausen. Flat murky copper with a more than one finger white frothy head in the glass. Orange with wheat and yeast on the nose. Surprising strong hoppy at the start, orange, wheat and yeast in the second row. Thick texture. Dry to the end. Below average carbonated. Different. But not bad.
