750ml bottle, 2012 vintage. 6%. Clear golden colour, white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, caramel, light barnyard. Flavour is sweetish fruity apple, caramel, honey, woody oak, vanilla, tangy with dry tannins, earthy and light barnyard notes. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine spritzy carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely balanced and very drinkable.

Bottle @ home, thanks to wedgie for sending! Pours a clear golden appearance with an off white head. Aroma is fairly spicy, lightly herbal, plenty of fruit and effervescent. Nice soft carbonation. Good body. Moderately tart. Very chuggable. The flavor isn’t overly complex but it has nice fruit. Good.

Bottle @ home thanks to wedgie for sending. Hazy yellow orange appearance with a thin tan head. Toasted bread, cinnamon, vanilla, apple crisp aroma. Smells nice. A little juicy but it does have a nice body. Light pineapple, vanilla, and spices. Super chuggable. One of the best ciders I’ve had.

750ml bottle. 5.5%. Clear deep yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, apple skin, vanilla, slight barnyard. Taste is fresh apple, apple skin, vanilla, butterscotch, white wine, sourish with dry tannins. Spritzy mouthfeel, light bodied, well carbonated, very dry tart tannic peppery finish. Nicely drinkable.

Refrigerated 75 cl glass bottle corked and capped poured into a white wine glass. Clear really pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is minerals and pears, medium/light body, and little lacing. Taste is tangy pears and minerals. Made with mineral water? Side by side with authenique, I prefer authenitque.

Refrigerated 75 cl glass bottle corked and capped poured into a white wine glass. Pale golden with small white head. Aroma is slightly dry pears, medium/light body, and medium small-bubble lacing. Taste is nice slightly rich pears. Best perry so far. Same year bottle and 2014 bottle in 2016, still very good, ages well for at least two years. Six years is too old/dry.

75 cl. bottle split with Kraddel during the (Ice) Cider/Perry tasting @ Barely Legal Tasting Room. 2013 Vintage. Procured @ Cider Cider. Very, very pale pear juice, sparkling golden, very thin layer of bubbles on top. Dusty nose, sweet pear, fizzy, faintly rustic with light lemon. Taste is crispy dry pear with light sweetness but nowhere near as sweet as pear juice, faint lemon candy in the back, dry but not overtly so, yeast appears to be the same as “Bordelet Sydre (Sidre) Argelette” which we opened prior to this. Very light, nicely sparkling. I drank most of the bottle. Very delicate, easy to drink. Wonderfully balanced, very lovely.

Thanks to Kraddel! 75 cl. bottle split with Kraddel during the (Ice) Cider/Perry tasting @ Barely Legal Tasting Room. 2012 Vintage. Gorgeous looking bottle. Clear sparkling Champagne-like golden, thin white layer of bubbles only on top for head. Bubbles rising. Nose is sweeter than expected, apple sweetness, golden apples, faint rustic note, hay mixed in with tad of something reminiscent of sulphur for me. Taste is dry, tad boozy, surprisingly so for the ABV, light hay, barn, less sweet in taste than in nose, finish again sulphur-like note for me. Body is Cava-like in feel. Quite dry, pretty nice & enjoyable but doesn’t really justify the price-tag I feel, expected a bit more from this one. Nice all the same still.

Bottle thnx to ships . pours clear , slightly yellow . Nearly no head . Smell is bit dusty . Taste is bit sour , sweet, dry , some bitterness . Nice . Would be the perfect replacement for Cava or stuff like that . Ideal carbonation

Pours clear blonde, small white head . Huge looking carbo ( reminds of cava ) Smell is fresh apple . Taste is sweet, bit bitter. very dry . Easy drinkable . certainly not bad . Not worth its price though ...
