Small white rim, fast gone over pale, lightly cold-hazed golden beer. Fantastic vinous nose, really as from white wine (Montepulciano???), malonic acid, lactic acid, green grapes. Sweet, more reminiscent of dessert wine, but with an acidbite throughout, the ale working. A fine flavour not unlike pineapple, if not as sweet; flowery - that's more the wine; also a bit of undefined citrus. Bit sticky, good carbonation, if not visibly so, finish is (c)leaner. Marriage réussi. Sweeter that expected, however.

Keg at the Moor Vaults London. A light golden golden yellow coloured pour with a a fine halo of white head. Aroma is huge phenolic medicinal,, tco, salt, green apple, gasoline. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, green veg, floral elderflower, low wheat, mellow phenols, tangy. Palate is soft, tangy, highish carbonation, some lingering cucumber. Weird one. Aroma and flavour completely different.
