Bottle, 4.5% at Skaal Sønderborg. Lemony aroma with a mild note of Belgian yeast. Cloudy golden colour. Small frothy white head. The falvour is a lot like the aroma, but drier than expected. Lemon and Belgian yeast, hint of bubble gum. Dry finish with a mild tartness along with medium bitterness.

Bottle @ Verdens Største Virtuelle Ølsmagning 2022, SKAAL, Sønderborg. Pours hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of citrus, yeast, and malt, with hoppy touches. Bitter, hoppy and citric flavour with rough notes of Saison yeast and malty and peppery touches. Spicy and estery aftertaste with funky touches. Decent.

Backlog October 2016. Dark brown, almost black body under a fine beige head. Aroma has dark malt, caramel, bourbon, wood and vanilla. Taste is smooth with dark malt, caramel, chocolate, bourbon, wood, vanilla and warming alcohol. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. Nice one.

Taste is smooth, mild roasted dark malt, caramel, chocolate, decent bitterness and just as hint of chili. Not really chili hot, more like a spicy touch. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. Nice one.

Feels a bit smoother and sweeter than the original but this might as well be the storage.
