Bottle from farmers’ market. Clear pale amber with a thick white head. Aroma of spices, citrus, passionfruit. Taste has light honey and lots of hop aromatics - Galaxy I’d guess. Modest bitterness. A little soap in the finish. Didn’t pick up any oats. Delicate hop-driven ale.

From a 330ml bottle on 27/3/2011. Pours a light amber with a massive head. Has a mild malty aroma. Has a heap of flavour for a beer that’s only 3.3% - mainly sharp burnt caramel and toffee malts, and a sharp and long almost lemony hop finish. The body is relatively thin. All up, this is pretty impressive for what is basically a light beer, and a bit under-rated on here.

From a 330ml bottle on 22/3/2011. Pours a cloudy straw colour with a reasonable head. Has a slight aroma of lemons and yeast. There is more lemon in the taste, along with oranges, and a slightly sour spiciness in the finish. A curious little wheat beer which is decent if not great.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, malt, caramel, and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry and bitter finish.
